General Entertainment Authority (GEA) affirms its full commitment to achieving beneficiary satisfaction by making its services available through the digital portal at all times. It provides a list of online services that beneficiaries can utilize and commits to its standards, along with the maximum time for service delivery. Please note that this timeframe does not include the time required to complete missing information if the user does not provide all the required information. It also does not cover the time spent processing transactions by third parties, such as other government agencies, if the nature of the transaction requires it. All services will be added to this list gradually.
